How to Make Reservations with 1st Class Mobile Detailing

Your First Visit

The first time you visit the Reservations area on the 1st Class Mobile Detailing website, you will need to create a Profile and select a password. Click on the New Profile button to enter your information. Only the fields in bold are required. When you have entered your information, click on the Submit button. If you want to clear out all fields on this screen, click the Reset button.

Logging In

If you have already created your profile, then all you need to do is enter your user id, which is your email address and your password. Then click on the Log In button.

If you have forgotten your password then click on the here to have your password emailed to you.

Defining Vehicles And Locations

Once your new profile is created, you will see your personalized Reservation Center. It is time to enter your Vehicle information and to add any additional locations.

To create a vehicle profile, click on the New Vehicle button. In the Vehicle Type drop-down box, a range of choices are available for the types of vehicles serviced by 1st Class Mobile. Use the down-arrow button to see the list. Scroll through the list and make your selection.

Note:
For the range of "land" vehicles, a "Small" vehicle is defined as a car or small truck. "Medium" vehicles include SUV's, mini-vans, and full-sized trucks. "Large" vehicles include Expeditions, Suburbans, and conversion vans.

After selecting the appropriate Vehicle Type, enter your vehicle's make and model. If your vehicle is a boat, please enter the boat's length. In the "Comments and Special Instructions" field, type in any instructions only if you want these instructions followed EACH TIME the vehicle is detailed. You will have the option later to enter special instructions for a specific detailing session.

Next, click the Submit button to save your vehicle profile. You will be returned to the Reservation Center. If you have additional vehicles to enter, follow the same steps for each.

Adding And Editing Locations And Vehicles

From the Reservation Center, you can also add locations in addition to the default location defined when you created your personal profile. To do so, click on the New Location button. Again, only fields in bold are required. Give this location an identifying name; enter the address and phone, and type in directions using major intersections.

Next, click the Submit button to save your vehicle profile. You will be returned to the Reservation Center. If you have additional vehicles to enter, follow the same steps for each. To remove or edit existing Locations or Vehicles, click on the listing for that vehicle or location from the Reservation Center screen. The information you entered will be displayed, and changes can be made. Or, the vehicle or location can be deleted using the Delete button.

Note: The default location can be edited by clicking on the Edit Your Profile button.

Creating New Reservations

You can create new reservations for any number of defined vehicles at the same time as long as all vehicles will be in the same location on the day of detailing. At the Reservation Center, select vehicles using the check boxes and click on the appropriate location. Then, click on the New Reservation button.

At the reservation screen, the first step is to determine the day you would prefer to have your vehicles serviced. Change the default date shown using the down arrows to the right of the Month, Day, and Year fields or click on the small Calendar button to select from a calendar view.

Once your preferred day is chosen, you must skip over the Available Time & Detailer for now and define the services you want applied to your vehicle(s). The reason for this is because the services you select can effect the time needed to perform them. Each time you change a service, vehicle or date for your reservation you must click on the Update Reservation button to get the latest available times and detailers.

Now it is time to begin defining the service or services you would like applied to each vehicle. The down-arrows to the left of the Service field show all detailing services offered by 1st Class Mobile for your vehicle type. The blank Vehicle and Service fields are used to enter additional services or additional vehicles to a given day's detailing.

If additional vehicles/services are needed, click on the Update Reservation button to save your information and add another blank line. This process can be repeated as many times as necessary to add all of the detailing services for your vehicles.

When all detailing has been defined, click on the Update Reservation button to save your work.

At the top of the window, review the Available Time and Detailer field. Here, you will see a listing of the detailers who are available on the day you selected and who have space in their schedules to take care of all of the service selections you made. Based on our experience with detailing work, we are able to estimate the time each type of service will take and can schedule our work accordingly. Once you have made your time/detailer selection you are ready to submit your reservation to 1st Class Mobile Detailing.

Double-check all of your information, and click on the Reserve Date & Time button. Changes cannot be made once a date & time are reserved. You will see a screen indicating that your reservation has been successfully submitted. An email confirmation will also be sent. Click on the Return To Your Reservations button if you would like to schedule another detailing, make changes to your profile, etc. If you have finished making reservations, click on the Log Out button to exit the 1st Class Mobile Reservations area.

Editing Your Profile

Whenever you have changes to your basic profile information (name, email address, default location address, phone number, etc.) use the Edit Your Profile button from the main Reservation Center window to make changes. It is important to keep your profile current!

Changing Your Password

You can change your password from the Reservation Center window by clicking on the Change Password button. Type in your current password in the "Old Password" field, then type in your new password and confirm it by typing it in a second time. When typing, your password will not be displayed, so be careful to type accurately.

Logging Out

When you've finished entering all reservations, click on the Log Out button at the bottom of your Reservation Center page. Note: You will automatically be logged out of the system if you have not saved any information to the 1st Class Mobile server for 20 minutes.
